Responsibilities- Prospect and close business with airlines; develop a pipeline, visit customers, provide a vision of the future, and help airlines understand the benefits of Amazon.
- Be customer obsessed; think on behalf of the customer and work to meet the customer’s stated and unstated needs and aspirations.
- Execute strategic and tactical business development initiatives while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., product and engineering teams, legal, finance) and BD team colleagues.
- Serve as the internal coordinator supporting complex contract negotiations and business requirements that deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with inflight connectivity, entertainment, interiors or a related field, with knowledge of commercial and technical issues surrounding implementation.
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level; adept at thinking strategically and analytically about business priorities, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to deliver target‑based results working cross‑organizationally.
- Professional maturity; the ability to read a room and know when to accelerate or brake, depending on the circumstances of the discussion.
- Excellent written and verbal communications; a passion for writing detailed strategic documents and a preference for a second fluent spoken language.
- Must be able to articulate business value and technical approach.
- Consistently exceeds key performance metrics and delivers results.
- Proven capability to drive consensus across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position is – USD annually. The compensation package includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
