We are seeking a Senior SAP SD/LE Consultant to join our team. The candidate should have technical and functional expertise of the SAP SD/LE modules, acting as both a strategic advisor and hands‑on configurator, delivering best‑in‑class solutions aligned with SAP Activate methodology and SAP’s fit‑to‑standard approach. The role requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex finance processes into standard cloud‑based solutions using SAP Best Practices.

Hands‑on S/4

HANA and S/4

HANA Cloud experience, including use cases of standard Fiori applications, is required.

• Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives, emphasizing clear communication.
• Problem‑solve using a deep technical and functional understanding of business processes and SD/LE principles and SAP products.
• Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective, collaborating to analyze and review business requirements or processes.
• Troubleshoot and configure SAP SD/LE, including integration with other modules and cross‑functional design/build of related modules; participate as a project team member or team lead.
• Lead fit/gap and other sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements, translating requirements into solutions using SAP Best Practices.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, assess corporate impacts of changes, and recommend strategies to senior management.
• Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants in formal and ad‑hoc settings.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Up to 50% travel.
• 7 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 2 full‑cycle SAP implementations; experience in SAP Cloud environments.
• Excellent understanding of business processes associated with sales and logistics operations.
• Expertise in setting up and configuring SD‑LE and cross‑functional design/build of modules such as WM and PP.
• Proficient in all aspects of a project: requirement gathering, gapping, realization, testing, go‑live preparation and execution, and hyper‑care support; ability to lead sessions and translate requirements into solutions.
• Highly skilled in SD‑LE master data set‑up, cleansing, harmonization and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit.
• Advanced ability to create impact analyses, make recommendations, and drive solution adoption.

• Experience with other module configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP Joule, AI/ML, and Big Data concepts.
• Understanding of automation and data exchange with external systems, and flexibility to integrate client‑preferred 3rd‑party or custom systems into sales and logistics processes.
• International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM, and/or EMEA.
• S/4 Public and/or Private Cloud certification.

The base compensation range for this full‑time position is $125,000–$165,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported by market data with regional variances. Additional benefits are provided based on experience, education, and certifications.
