IT Project Manager
Position Overview
International Corporation is a leading North American truck manufacturer dedicated to delivering high‑quality products and excellent service. We are seeking an Information Systems Manager to lead the development and management of connected vehicle solutions within our IT organization.
Responsibilities- Lead development and optimization of IoT, streaming, web, and mobile applications.
- Manage connected vehicle solutions across the IT organization.
- Select and modify enterprise application software.
- Facilitate design sessions and guide strategic technical decisions.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and feasibility studies.
- Provide direction and oversight across all layers of application development.
- Define strategic goals and technology roadmaps.
- Offer subject‑matter expertise on web, mobile, and telematics platforms.
- Plan and coordinate project execution within assigned areas.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of information systems/IT experience, with at least 4 years of management experience.
- Master's degree and at least 8 years of information systems/IT experience, with at least 4 years of management experience.
- At least 12 years of information systems/IT experience, with at least 4 years of management experience.
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (U.S. Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) and we do not anticipate providing employment‑related work sponsorship for this position.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), realtime technologies (IoT, streaming, realtime data analytics), project development across mobile, IoT, and web platforms, and application lifecycle management (Agile, SCRUM, Azure Dev Ops).
- Advanced expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, MVC, .NET, ASP) and mobile technologies (iOS, Android).
- Knowledge of big data platforms (Synapse, Big Query) and ability to perform big‑data analysis.
- Ability to evaluate technical talent, grow talent within the organization, and develop subject‑matter expertise for client and internal teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills to articulate solutions for executive‑level audiences.
- Capable of adapting to changing requirements and prioritizing resources, scope, timeline, and scope.
- Experience managing and developing technical communities and motivating teams.
