Sales Support Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support pre-sales application activities and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

+ Pre-Sales Support

+ Assist the Applications team with day-to-day activities to ensure efficient customer interactions and timely follow-up on inquiries.

+ Customer Demonstrations

+ Support the setup and operation of laser machines for live customer demonstrations, helping create a professional and engaging experience.

+ Showroom Management

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom that reflects a high standard of quality and professionalism.

+ Product Displays

+ Collaborate on designing and producing sample parts and visual displays that highlight product capabilities and innovation.

+ Hands-On Learning

+ Gain practical experience with machine setup and operation, as well as customer engagement strategies.

Required Skills

+ Strong technical interest and willingness to learn

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ High attention to detail and organization

Qualifications

+ Associate degree preferred

+ Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

+ Interest in manufacturing, machinery, or technical sales is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
