Diagnostics Technician

We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Diagnostics Technician to join our team  a critical part of our operations, you will be responsible for inspecting and diagnosing technical issues in various electronic devices. • Diagnose, troubleshoot and grade Apple and Samsung devices
• Assist the Ops team with device diagnostics and eraser process using Blanco or Phone Check software
• Ensure all QC checks are completed to minimize any warranty returns
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor

• 6 months experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver license is a must
• Vary high attention to detail
