- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
- Strong experience with Databricks or similar
- Build and maintain semantic/data models as needed
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Partner with stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, etc.) to define KPIs and reporting needs
- Collaborate with data engineering teams when new data ingestion is required
- Support migration efforts from legacy tools (e.g., Cognos, SSRS) into Power BI
Requirement
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise BI solutions
- Strong expertise in Power BI (critical)
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Experience building semantic models and advanced dashboards (DAX, Power Query)
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate needs into solutions
- Exposure to modern cloud data platforms (Databricks preferred; Snowflake, Synapse acceptable)
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience in the legal industry
- Background in professional services (e.g., consulting firms)
- Experience with BI modernization or migration initiatives
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PL-300, DP-600)
