Anaplan Manager

Our client is seeking an Anaplan Manager to lead the continued development, enhancement, and adoption of our internal FP&A solution. This role will sit at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and the business, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate planning and reporting needs into scalable Anaplan models and processes.

The Anaplan Manager will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solution architecture, building and maintaining models, supporting users, and driving adoption across the organization. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines strong Anaplan technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management and finance process understanding.

• Strong hands-on experience building and managing Anaplan models
• Experience supporting FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, or financial planning processes
• Strong understanding of Anaplan model design, architecture, calculation logic, UX, data hubs, and ALM
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience training business users and supporting adoption of planning tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
