Job Description

Prodege is looking for a data visualization lead who can take complex client problems and build repeatable, scalable solutions rather than simply produce one-off reports. The role requires owning accounts end‑to‑end, translating raw survey data into understandable dashboards, and raising the standard of delivery across the team.

What You’ll Own

Lead the processing of data into our cloud‑based analysis tools, support clients as they generate insights and build reports, and improve scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency across projects. Serve as the trusted partner and escalation point for complex needs, and drive sharper delivery from intake through final delivery.

What You’ll Drive
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to keep project execution smooth.
  • Process data into cloud‑based tools to power client analysis.
  • Support client onboarding, training, and tool adoption to improve satisfaction and usability.
  • Take ownership of larger, more complex accounts from intake through final delivery.
  • Support sales by contributing to client scoping, requirement definition, and technical readiness.
  • Contribute to product improvement by spotting opportunities, defining requirements, and backing innovation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
  • Client partnership and delivery ownership
Work with diverse clients, serve as an escalation point and trusted partner for complex needs, collaborate across the organization to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish, own larger, more complex client work end‑to‑end, provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, and achieve project objectives by delivering high‑quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Data processing and visualization
Review client questionnaires, determine effective data processing methods, translate research objectives into actionable processing in our online analysis & visualization tool, and develop client dashboards that highlight essential metrics.
  • Scale, product, and continuous improvement
Contribute to product management and innovation initiatives, identify opportunities to improve templates, workflows, or tool capabilities, and continuously learn and apply new techniques to optimize our products and services.
What Success Looks Like

A successful Team Lead, Data Visualization effectively converts research objectives into clear, analysis‑ready data formats, engages clients through onboarding, training, and support, increases consistency and scalability via repeatable workflows, owns larger complex accounts with confident stakeholder communication, and delivers positive impact on delivery timelines and overall quality.

What You’ll Bring (Must‑haves)
  • 7+ years of experience in quantitative market research surveys, focusing on data processing, analysis, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data.
  • Ability to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project work streams and meet client objectives in time‑sensitive environments.
  • Strong autonomy and ownership mindset; able to lead larger, more complex projects with increased decision‑making responsibility.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, comfortable in various settings.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability.
  • Proactive in learning and applying new ideas and techniques.
Bonus Points (Nice‑to‑haves)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Forsta Visualization (Dapresy) and other survey data analysis tools like SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.

    IO.
