- Performs technical, support, requirements development, design review and testing support for day-to-day processing as well as system upgrades and new project and product initiatives
- Provides technical support for Business Operations and Product Development teams through consultative, technical and development expertise
- Identifies and understands the impact of potential changes to the various business application systems with regard to workflow and throughput performance (system and technical) as needed
- Develops effective test plans to ensure potential change(s) do not result in any internal or external customer issues
- Communicates project progress, findings, and any significant issues to leadership
- May lead or participate in project teams developing business requirements for future operational or application enhancements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent experience preferred
- Typically requires 5 years of relevant experience
- 8yrs for Expert level
- Detailed understanding of business operations and workflow of all business processing platform and associated applications systems
- Fed Wire Funds/Securities/NSS and ACH Functionality preferred
Demonstrates expertise in business operations and workflow analysis, with a strong focus on developing effective test plans and providing technical support for business applications. Capable of leading project teams and communicating findings to leadership effectively.
