JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading fronting carrier seeking a Reinsurance Placement Executive to join their organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned reinsurance professional with a strong background in treaty and facultative placements, experience working with brokers and reinsurers, and knowledge of ceded reinsurance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support treaty and facultative reinsurance placements, including program analysis and renewal activities
- Manage relationships with brokers, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders to support reinsurance initiatives
- Oversee reinsurance processes, documentation, and controls while contributing to team development
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in treaty and facultative reinsurance placements
- Experience managing relationships with brokers, reinsurers, and internal business partners
- Leadership or team management experience preferred
