Role Overview- Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Private equity transactions
- Equity/debt financings and restructurings
- Corporate governance matters
- 4+ years of M&A/private equity experience at a top firm
- JD from an accredited law school
- Illinois Bar admission (or ability to qualify)
- Excellent drafting, communication, and project management skills
- Chicago market Cravath-scale salary ($260,000 – $390,000)
- Performance bonuses and full benefits package
