The Import Export Admin Coordinator will support Import/Export Department to ensure timely movement of international and domestic shipments in compliance with company standards, customer standards and US Customs and Border Protection. Ideal candidate will have a strong Customer Service orientated approach as well as accuracy in this role to maintain service levels to internal customers while retaining customs and export compliance requirements.
** Compliance responsibilities:
*** Track and monitor shipments.
* Enter and update import data to SAP.
* Processing shipments/preparing shipping documents
* Coordinating freight payments
* Respond to inquiries from customs broker and forwarder.
* Assist to help the team meet its performance objectives.
* Maintaining organized records to support compliance efforts.

* Monitor group mailbox and support as needed
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, Logistics
* Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal skills
* Advanced technical/computer skills (Microsoft Office Products)
* Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude
* Ability/desire to work independently or in team environment
* An innovative, goal-oriented and results driven approach
