We’re looking for a hands-on EHS & Facilities Manager to own safety, compliance, and the day-to-day health of a production facility. This is a dual-role position for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, improving systems, and keeping people safe while operations run smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs (OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance)
- Lead safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
- Manage near-miss reporting, workers’ compensation cases, and root cause analysis
- Deliver safety training (PPE, hazardous materials, emergency response, environmental compliance)
- Maintain environmental permits, reporting, and air/water/waste compliance
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies
- Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building security, and janitorial services
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and facility upgrades
- Manage facility project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Lead waste reduction, recycling, and hazardous waste programs
- Track sustainability metrics and identify environmental improvement opportunities
- Support energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervise and develop EHS and facilities team members
- Partner with production and leadership teams to support operational goals
- Drive a strong safety culture through visibility and engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- 3+ years of EHS and/or facilities experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands-on, floor-focused mindset with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to balance compliance, safety, and operational priorities
Salary & Benefits:
$100,000-$120,000 / annual. Benefits to include medical, dental, vision, 11 paid company holidays, 401(k) with a company match of 100% up to 5%, vacation pay and more!!
