Key Responsibilities

Responsible for being a team thought leader and driving full work streams while working directly with mid to senior-level clients to develop insight and build alignment.

  • Develop and execute full consulting projects and serve as lead on insight development for those projects. Consistently establish and then meet deadlines with minimal errors.
  • Mentor the team while answering questions and providing direction. Act as a good teammate, while proactively finding ways to create leverage.
  • Regularly engage with the client and own senior-level client relationships
  • Actively identify opportunities to create value with clients and communicate in and organized and knowledgeable manner.
  • Identify high-value client opportunities, drive appropriate follow-on work, and take lead on firm communication and client development efforts.
What We Look For In Our Team Members
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from demanding four-year college or university with demonstrated outstanding academic achievement
  • 10+ years of consulting or relevant business experience
  • Problem solvers with analytical capabilities who have an insatiable thirst to solve complex problems
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to always improve upon the status quo
  • Results-oriented team players with strong team and business-building skills
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy and/or pricing projects
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Willingness to travel to the client site up to 3-4 days / week (varies by client and / or engagement)
