Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships
Base Salary: $ 130,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience and industry expertise)

The Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships, is responsible for leading a sales team, client engagement, managing key agency and brand relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned region. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role provides day-to-day leadership for the sales team, ensures execution of regional sales strategies, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Own a portion of the regional sales revenue target and actively drive new business and account expansion.
- Translate regional strategy into actionable sales plans and ensure delivery by the team.
- Monitor pipeline activity and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
- Support sales representatives in developing client opportunities, providing coaching and direct involvement in closing high-value deals.
- Client & Agency Relationships
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of top regional clients and agencies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at brands, agencies, and partners.
- Strengthen relationships with C-suite decision-makers at key accounts.
- Negotiate and manage client and agency partnership agreements to ensure growth and retention.
- Team Management & Development
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring strong execution of client outreach and account management.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and team performance, stepping in proactively to address gaps and ensure targets are achieved
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback and professional development to support individual and team success.
- Makes cold calls and connects with C-Suite executives via networking strategies.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client partnerships, with at least 2 years managing a sales team.
- Experience in media, advertising, or marketing partnerships preferred.
- Established network of senior contacts across brands, agencies, and media partners is a strong asset.
- Proven success driving revenue growth and hitting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong people manager with experience building and developing high-performing teams; driving accountability and results.
- Knowledge of the agency ecosystem and regional brand landscape is a strong asset.
- Skilled at consultative selling, solution development, and negotiation of long-term agreements.
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to engage senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Able to manage competing priorities and lead through ambiguity.
- High energy, resilient, and results-oriented leader who inspires teams.
- Able to travel as needed for periodic conferences, company events and client meetings necessary to meet territory goals and requirements.
- Role is based in the Chicago office
