Operations Manager
The Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management & Operations is the most senior operating role within PRG's medical RCM business and one of the most consequential executive roles in the company. The role reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day operational engine of the medical RCM business — providing revenue cycle services to several hundred medical and specialty practices across the United States, supported by teams in India and Pakistan.
The leader who steps into this role owns service delivery quality, operational efficiency, team development, client retention, and the operating economics of the line of business. They partner closely with the CEO on strategy, with the Sales and Revenue organization on growth, with the Business Operations and Intelligence (BOI) function on performance analytics, with R&D on platform and automation, and with Finance on operating economics.
They are accountable for ensuring that PRG's service promises are delivered every day and that operating economics continue to improve as the company scales.
This role exists at the intersection of healthcare operations, executive leadership, and strategic partnership. The right candidate is someone who has run a multi-site, multi-shore RCM operation at meaningful scale, who understands what a healthy specialty book looks like across many specialties, who has carried direct profit and loss responsibility for a healthcare services line of business, and who can build culture and accountability across a global workforce.

The Vice President owns service delivery across the full medical RCM business — collections performance, days in accounts receivable, denial management, credentialing turnaround, and client SLA adherence — and the operating teams that deliver those outcomes. The role carries direct accountability for the operating economics of the line of business.
