Overview

The Senior OEM Program Manager is the primary business contact for OEM clients. The role manages the work‑request pipeline, facilitates meetings, resolves issues, and identifies new opportunities while partnering with internal Technology, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver program strategy, growth, and technical initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of medium to large OEM programs, focusing on business growth, opportunity development, and operational excellence.
  • Consult and advise clients on software, technical, and digital strategies through virtual and in‑person engagements.
  • Partner with the Technical Program Manager to define request triage, scope, outcomes, timelines, and deliverable expectations.
  • Communicate updates, status assessments, and progress reports to OEM clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Measure and report progress toward program goals, including health scores and satisfaction metrics.
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management to balance program needs with organizational priorities.
  • Maintain program profitability by tracking revenue versus cost and providing regular financial updates.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve program performance, using aggregated data for actionable insights.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for program compliance, technical integration specifications, contracts, SLAs, reporting deliverables, billing, and market‑share analysis.
Qualifications & Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, digital marketing, computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of program, product, or project management experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proven B2B experience with OEMs or large dealer groups and a track record of high‑value account management.
  • Strong knowledge of program, product, project management, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for executive‑level client engagement.
  • Fast learner with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to absorb new technologies in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Ability to present over the phone and in person.
  • Experience managing people and influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Understanding of Agile and other SDLC frameworks, product lifecycle development, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and process skills to execute roadmaps and plans.
Certifications
  • Google Analytics/Ads certification is required.
