Client Relationship Manager
Lead a high-impact business at the center of how leading brands understand consumers and drive growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, scale a top-tier sales organization, and deliver custom insights solutions that directly influence decision-making for some of the world’s most recognizable companies.
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to lead and scale our Brand and Consumer Insights business across North America. This role brings together brand strategy, brand performance, and consumer behavior insights under a unified commercial strategy, with full accountability for revenue growth, go‑to‑market execution, and market positioning.
Commercial Leadership & Business Ownership- Own full P&L performance across Brand and Consumer Insights offerings in North America
- Define and execute growth strategy, including pipeline, revenue, and market expansion
- Lead strategic client engagements, RFPs, and custom research opportunities
- Lead a multi-layered commercial organization including senior sales leaders
- Build a high-performance sales culture with clear accountability
- Establish strong pipeline rigor, forecasting, and conversion discipline
- Define integrated GTM strategy across brand and consumer insights
- Develop scalable sales plays and client activation strategies
- Serve as executive sponsor for key client relationships
- Lead development of custom research solutions aligned to client needs
- Translate market needs into innovation priorities and solution development
- Drive external positioning and thought leadership in brand and consumer insights
- 10+ years in market research, insights, analytics, or consulting
- Proven sales leadership experience with revenue accountability
- Deepexpertisein brand strategy, consumer behavior, and custom research

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $177,000-$225,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
