Mid-Market Commercial Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • Frontline Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers, fostering accountability and high performance.
  • AVP & Pod Partnership – Serve as a strategic partner to Sales AVPs and Pod leadership, aligning technical resources to business priorities.
  • Customer Engagement & Executive Presence – Act as a customer‑facing leader on strategic engagements, workshops, and executive meetings.
  • Deal Strategy & Execution – Support teams on complex opportunities, shaping account strategy, technical positioning, and customer engagement plans.
  • Operational Excellence – Drive operational rigor through forecasting discipline, resource alignment, and scalable execution frameworks.
  • AI‑Powered Solution Engineering – Encourage adoption of AI‑enabled workflows and modern Solution Engineering practices.
  • Talent Development & Coaching – Develop future leaders through coaching, career development, and mentorship.
  • Value‑Led Solutioning – Drive a solutions approach focused on customer value realization and rapid business alignment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Frontline Leadership – Experience leading high‑performing customer‑facing technical teams in a matrixed environment.

& Benefits

Compensation is based on location, job level, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $171,710 – $229,670 annually, with higher ranges in California and New York. Benefits include time‑off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and employee stock purchasing program.
