Responsibilities
- Lead execution of customer-driven changes including expansions, new processes, and network adjustments
- Deployment of systems, SOPs, and standardized workflows (GXD, Blue Yonder, etc.)
- End-to-end facility startup including readiness, staffing, go-live execution, and stabilization
- Monitor throughput, safety, inventory & quality, service SLAs, and financial performance
- 7–10+ years in operations, supply chain, or related field
- Experience leading multi-site or large-scale operations
- Proven experience launching new facilities
- Strong knowledge of operational systems and tools
- Experience managing KPIs and financial performance
