Responsibilities

• Execute real estate strategies aligned to long-term business objectives
• Focus on portfolio optimization, asset performance, and lifecycle management
• Identify and recommend channel shifts, dealer strategies, and rationalization actions
• Provide clear guidance on where to grow, reposition, or divest
• Monitor network actions to ensure delivery against plan
• Use standardized tools and methodologies to strengthen decision quality

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing capabilities
• Deliver clear, data-driven assessments of site and portfolio performance
• Build and maintain robust network plans and site action plans
• Identify opportunities to improve returns through channel of trade shifts and dealer model optimization
• Monitor execution of site actions and network initiatives
• Apply consistent tools and methodologies to improve quality and comparability

Demonstrates expertise in real estate strategy execution, portfolio optimization, and asset performance management, utilizing data-driven assessments and standardized methodologies to enhance decision quality and network planning.
