Director of Internal Project Management and Change Governance

• Establish and mature Internal Project Management and Change Governance as enterprise-wide disciplines
• Develop frameworks, standards, governance practices, and operating routines for planning, prioritizing, governing, and executing organizational change
• Create consistency, transparency, and accountability across Tempus' strategic and operational initiatives
• Partner with business leaders, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Centralize internal project prioritization and improve transparency into organizational initiatives
• Strengthen execution discipline and align change delivery with risk, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders
• Manage and lead program managers in executing organizational programs supporting corporate strategy
• Manage and assess general and detailed organizational program planning
• Participate in developing strategies to achieve program goals
• Oversee and report on overall program budgets
• Monitor and evaluate program implementation and effectiveness
• Recommend enhancements based on program results
• Coach and develop program managers
• Maintain and grow relationships with service partner leadership for seamless delivery across distribution channels

• University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
• 8+ years of industry experience typically required
• At least 5 years of prior management experience typically required
• Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
