We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities and equipment at our production plant. In this role, you will lead a technician team, maximize equipment uptime, and uphold strict safety and workplace compliance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the repair and preventative maintenance of processing machinery, packaging lines, and conveyors to minimize downtime.
- Facility Oversight:
Manage plant infrastructure, including refrigeration, utilities, and building structures, while coordinating with external contractors. - Team Leadership:
Guide, train, and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. - Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance activities strictly align with regulatory laws and food safety standards. - Budget & Inventory:
Manage the department budget, track expenses, and control spare parts inventory cost-effectively. - Data Tracking:
Maintain detailed records of work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics.
