- Operate process equipment and other assigned roles safely and efficiently.
- Assist others to maintain an organized, clean workplace including all plant areas, workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms.
- Possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as a team.
- Self‑start with the ability to take orders as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Operate operations safely, accurately, and efficiently using Work Instructions.
- Read, understand, and follow job‑specific Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Pay close attention to detail while visually inspecting critical areas of the rubber seals for defects.
- Use the Visual Defect Guide to differentiate good parts from bad parts.
- Read part drawings to identify critical areas on specific parts.
- Maintain daily production logs.
- Wear required PPE: hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel toe shoes. Additional PPE such as gloves or sleeves may be required.
- Maintain proper daily maintenance and housekeeping of machines using ‘Five S’ Lean concepts.
- High ethics, empowerment, openness, and teamwork.
- Detail‑oriented.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Reliable attendance.
- Ability to multitask throughout the shift.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Background in equipment operations such as molding rubber components, spraying adhesives, or grit blasting metals.
- Computer familiarity.
- Good English reading and comprehension skills.
- Strong desire to be part of a high‑growth, results‑oriented company.
- Ability to move and lift up to 40 pounds.
- New hires start on the first shift (6 am – 2 pm) for training purposes.
- Position is compliant with US government ITAR requirements.
