HIS CNC Operator - Spin Former 3rd Shift

Salary Range: $29.80 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC Spin Former machine safely, accurately, and efficiently using Work Instructions.
- Load programs on machine and make necessary adjustments.
- Read, understand and follow job specific Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Measure accurately using measurement tools (PI Tape and Calipers).
- Wear required PPE: hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel toe shoes. Other areas may also have job‑related PPE such as gloves and/or sleeves and will be provided.
- Maintain proper daily maintenance and housekeeping of machines using ‘Five S’ Lean concepts - sort, set in order, shine, standardize.
- Set up A‑Lips, Teflon top and bottom and operation of Double cups.
- Setup and spinning of Wear Sleeves Small and Large diameters.
- Unloading of new received metals from Pallets to blank metal shelving.
- Product tracking and completion of productivity reports.
- High Ethics, Empowerment, Openness and Teamwork.
- Detail Oriented.
- Organization Skills.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred; specialized training or certification a plus.
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English.
- Basic Computer and Math skills required.
- CNC knowledge and/or machining experience preferred.
- Constant movement and standing for the duration of the shift.
- Able to sit, walk, bend, reach & pull, lift or carry up to 40 lbs.
- Able to use repetitive motion in hands, arms, and wrists.
- Exposure to factory work environment.
- Good visual and hearing acuity.
