We’re Hiring:
General Labor – Weld Department (Cordova, IL)

Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Work Week | 10-Hour Shifts = 3-Day Weekends

This is a hands‑on role in our Weld Department where no two days feel exactly the same:

• Grind, prep, and finish metal parts to meet quality standards
• Inspect materials, in‑process work, and finished products
• Read prints and follow procedures to get the job done right
• Operate hoists, cranes, and shop equipment safely
• Use measuring tools to make sure everything is within spec
• Help identify and prevent quality issues before they become problems
• Work side‑by‑side with a team focused on productivity and efficiency

You’re not just “general labor”—you’re a key part of ensuring our products leave here right the first time.

• Manufacturing or hands‑on experience preferred (2–3 years is a plus)
• Ability to read drawings and use basic math
• Attention to detail (this matters here)
• Reliability and strong attendance
• Willingness to learn, improve, and be part of a team
