Shift & Pay: 1st Shift: M‑F 6:00 am – 2:15 pm ($16.00/hr); 2nd Shift: M‑F 2:45 pm – 11:00 pm ($17.50/hr)
Responsibilities- Engaging in the assembly of 2‑way radios and telecommunications equipment, including attaching labels, applying torque with a torque gun, and testing products before shipping.
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area while following detailed work instructions and scanning parts.
- Collaborating with team members and assisting in various roles as needed throughout the shift.
- Strong willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment; previous assembly or electronics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around the work area for the entire shift, lifting up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 50+ lbs with a team lift.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.
