$16.00 per hour

1st shift M-F 6:00am-2:15pm with overtime opportunities

• Interacting with automation equipment to load components for processing mobile radios
• Reading and following computer station work instructions and scanning parts
• Assuming assembly of mobile brick and telecommunications equipment when work volume shifts
• Alternating between various roles as needed

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced automation line environment
• Basic computer skills and can follow detailed instructions
• Willingness to be cross‑trained in different roles and adapt to changing tasks
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Capacity to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 50+ lbs. with a team
