Continuous Improvement Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead Lean Initiatives:
Take their basic Lean program to the next level by implementing impactful, hands-on improvement strategies like Kaizen events and Gemba walks.

• Drive Change Through Influence:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with employees at all levels to achieve results.

• Be the Problem Solver:
Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.

• Stay on the Shop Floor:
Roll up your sleeves and work alongside teams to truly understand challenges and opportunities.

• Prepare for Leadership:
Gain experience and visibility that positions you for a Plant Manager role within a few years.

7-10 years in manufacturing (any industry), with hands-on involvement in Lean/Continuous Improvement.
