Role Summary
The Material Handler plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations by collaborating with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment. This position requires a strong work ethic, basic computer knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to excel in a team‑oriented environment. The role also involves operating key production and packaging equipment and accurately fulfilling customer demand orders.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00/hour o Plus, $2.00/hour shift premium for night shifts

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities- Operate Auto Pack Line.
- Run box maker and palletizer equipment to support efficient packaging and material flow.
- Wrap skids and prepare finished goods for shipment according to company standards.
- Pack parts to meet current customer demand orders with accuracy and professionalism.
- Efficiently complete shipments by processing and accurately loading orders, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
- Skillfully operate powered industrial and warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Schedule, transport, weigh, stock, receive, and pack inbound and outbound products to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
- Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Utilize JDE, RFS, RF technology, and ERP systems to accurately transact inventory movements and support seamless shipping processes.
- Assist in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled, packaged, and stored in accordance with company standards and regulations.
- Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing products to identify and report damages, maintaining high‑quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years preferred. - Experience driving powered industrial equipment.
- Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 30 pounds.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
