Competitive hourly rate: $20–$30 per hour (commensurate with experience)

• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot various injection molding machines at high efficiency
• Perform mold set‑up and changes as required by the production schedule
• Collaborate with external tool shop for extensive repairs and maintenance
• Use basic tool shop equipment
• Perform all duties in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements
• Execute basic programming for servo robotic equipment and adjust to ensure efficient automation
• Assist with setting up injection molding machines and all related auxiliary equipment
• Ensure manufacture of product meets or exceeds established quality levels
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of injection molding machine experience required
• Arburg machine experience preferred
• Working knowledge of terminology and technical experience with injection molding of thermoplastics, processes, tooling and validation protocols
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, including strong communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
