About the Role
The DC Processing Specialist is responsible for processing documents for client Defined Contribution plans in TBA. They ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and adhere to standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality and timely results.
Responsibilities- Comprehending and develop a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions (basic data entry processing).
- Processing documents that are rules based with some problem solving.
- Performing repeatable processing functions with upholding quality standards.
- Conducting research on errors and determine preventative measures.
- Researching complex participant benefit issues and provides resolution in accordance with due dates and documents processes.
- Performing nonstandard processing functions with exceeding quality standards.
- Working directly with third party vendors.
- Possess ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders.
- Have intermediate knowledge of MS applications Excel & Word.
- Possess ability to apply knowledge to make decisions effectively.
- Experience with Defined Contribution.
- Experience with IBM Content Navigator (Imaging Tool).
- Applicants must reside in one of the 50 States.
- US citizenship required; proof of citizenship will be verified at time of hire.
Minimum: 41,760.00 USD
Maximum: 49,760.00 USD
