$20.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)

We are hiring Part Cleaners to support production operations across the Minonk facility. This role is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and preparing parts to meet quality standards and support downstream processes.

Employees in this role may perform a combination of manual labor and machine operation to remove scale and slag from parts. The role may support multiple areas of the operation based on business needs.

No prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required; on-the-job training will be provided for this position.

• Clean flame-cut or processed steel parts using hand tools, grinders, or other equipment
• Operate equipment such as shot blast machines or part tumblers to remove scale, slag, or debris from parts
• Inspect finished parts and raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards
• Prepare, package, and label finished parts for shipment or internal movement
• Move and stage materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, or other equipment as needed
• Perform basic adjustments or clearing of equipment as needed to maintain workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow daily production schedules and work instructions provided by supervisors

• No prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools

• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or climb for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
  Ability to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hand and power tools
• Work is performed indoors in a non-climate controlled environment

Multiple shifts are available. Applicants will have the opportunity to indicate their preferred shift during the application process. 2nd and 3rd shift positions may include additional pay through a shift differential. Final shift assignment will be based on business needs and applicant experience.
