Compensation & Shifts $20.60/hr base pay2nd

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday (+$0.75/hr)3rd

Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday (+$1.50/hr)
Weekends as needed

Your Impact Operate and monitor powder coating production equipment

Execute the core steps: mixing, extrusion, grinding, and packaging

Observe machine performance and verify product quality during runs Follow production instructions and safe operating practices

Keep work areas clean and organized

Thrive in a powder manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience (required)
Comfort working around powder/dust Ability to read, write, and speak English Basic math and computer skills

Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance
