Perform a 12-step process on electronic modems, including receiving, testing, cleaning, repair, quality checks, kitting, packing, and shipping.;
Receive incoming parts and units by accurately documenting what is received and ensuring each item is properly logged into the system.;
Operate automatic test equipment by plugging in up to 32 units at a time, monitoring test cycles that may range from 60 to 90 minutes, and interpreting results to determine required repairs.;
Conduct Wi-Fi tests to verify connectivity and performance, following standard operating procedures.;
Execute in-process quality control (IPQC) checks to verify that units meet quality standards at various stages of the process.
