Starting Pay: $31.00 - $37.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (1st Shift)

• Control downtime by effectively troubleshooting and diagnosing problems quickly and accurately.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
• Work with tool crib attendant to maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories, verifying receipt and placing orders as needed.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications, and establishing personal networks.
• Repair chillers, thermolators, resin driers, loader systems, grinders and tower fans.
• Proactively maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Observe safety rules and wear prescribed protective clothing or items.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere through respectful communication with customers, clients, co‑workers, and management.
• Continuously grow job‑specific knowledge, using tools for continuous improvement.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.

• Work in a clean manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
• Stand, walk, and move on the manufacturing floor for long periods.
• Lift up to 55 pounds.
• Bend, stoop, twist, balance, kneel, and crouch regularly.
• Push and pull items, and use ladders or aerial lift equipment as needed.
• Work occasionally in small, cramped spaces.
• Wear appropriate PPE, including fire‑retardant apparel.

• Extensive experience (10+ years) repairing injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment, specifically Krauss Maffei and Demag presses.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge with ability to work independently.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose problems and decide corrective actions.
• Mechanical comprehension and strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical applications and blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and diagrams.
• Welding skills required; machining skills a plus.
• Team player able to interact with various department personnel to ensure thorough and efficient work.
