- e.Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environmen
- t.Strong Manufacturing Engineering background preferre
- d.Experience in Wire Harness, Cable Assembly, or related manufacturing highly preferre
- d.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production metric
