* The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and staging of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods within a manufacturing facility. This role supports production by ensuring materials are available when needed and maintains accurate inventory records.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
Wage: $20 -$24 per hour based on experience

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Transport raw materials, paper stock, dies, and finished products between storage areas and production lines.
+ Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
+ Stage materials for printing and die cutting operations according to production schedules.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of material storage areas.
+ Assist with inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
+ Label and document incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
+ Follow safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
+ Collaborate with operators and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
+ Dispose of scrap materials in accordance with company and environmental guidelines.

* Qualifications:
*
* + High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Prior experience in a manufacturing or printing environment preferred.
+ Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
+ Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Good communication and teamwork skills.
** Work Environment:*
* Fast-paced production floor with exposure to noise, ink, paper dust, and machinery. Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
