We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and shipping advanced radio communication and electronic equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to grow in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble or modify electrical/electronic equipment (e.g., computers, test equipment, telemetering systems, electric motors, batteries).
- Follow build documentation and verbal/written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Operate light fabrication and torque equipment.
- Perform soldering and other fine assembly tasks with precision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Rotate between various positions based on business needs.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the process.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in electronics or electrical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret build documentation.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Proven ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
- Good hand dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
- Soldering experience.
- Familiarity with quality control processes.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
