We are recruiting for our site based in Esquennoy (60), an Operator Adjuster Sheet Metal Cutting H/F on a permanent contract.

The Operator Adjuster performs the adjustments and fine-tuning of machines to achieve compliant production. Prepares and provides the assembly lines for the production of radiators.

Follows the quality of parts and ensures the process.

Attached to production, the main duties are as follows:

Machine Adjustments and Launch of Production:

· Prepare and organize the workstation according to the production schedule

· Supply the machines with raw materials or semi-finished products

· Assemble/disassemble tooling and perform necessary adjustments

· Make the first pieces, check their conformity and start production

· Provide training to operators (operating modes, safety, quality)

· Participate in production if necessary

· Perform first-level maintenance of equipment

Production Control and Monitoring

· Report operations and quantities produced (conforming / non-conforming)

· Perform quality checks according to defined standards

· Identify and report anomalies (technical, quality, breakdowns)

· Ensure traceability of operations in the information system

Safety and Environment

· Apply and enforce safety rules

· Ensure the safety of operators in your area

· Check the proper functioning of safety devices

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation

Holder of a Bac pro or technical training - Productique Mechanics, MSMA (Maintenance Automated Mechanical Systems, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Required Technical Skills

Ability to read a plan and use technical documentation of machines. Use of caliper
