A global manufacturer has multiple temp-to-hire Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator openings available on their team. They specialize in producing high-quality nut snacks. This is a fast-paced food manufacturing and distribution environment where safety, teamwork, and accuracy are essential to daily operations.

As a Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping products moving efficiently throughout the distribution center to support production and customer orders.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator Job Duties:

• Pick work order demands, stage product for production use, and return unused items back to inventory
• Unload trucks and containers of raw or finished goods
• Transfer processed product into finished goods or cooler storage locations
• Rotate inventory and follow first in, first out or first expired, first out processes as required

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $21 per hour
• 3rd Shift: $20.50 per hour

Schedules: Monday through Friday

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Overtime required, with shifts lasting 10 to 12 hours based on business needs

Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator Requirements:

• At least 6 months of stand-up reach forklift experience
• Ability to solve basic math equations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
