Position: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, High-Speed Packaging
Step Into a Day on the Line You arrive to find a high-speed packaging line calling for attention. A quick check of a VFD, a look over a 480V feed, and a servo axis realignment gets product flowing again. From there, you knock out scheduled PMs, tweak a pneumatic circuit for smoother motion, and partner with production to prevent the next unplanned stop.

This role blends quick-hit troubleshooting with proactive maintenance to keep modern equipment running at peak reliability.

What You’ll Tackle Diagnose and repair packaging and production assets to cut downtime

Execute preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery

Resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

Respond quickly to equipment failures and implement lasting corrective actions

Contribute to continuous improvement to boost reliability and throughput

Coordinate with operators and production leaders to maintain safe, efficient operations

Your Background3+ years maintaining equipment in a manufacturing setting

Strength in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, drives, pumps, and automated systems

Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentationPLC troubleshooting exposure is a plus Background in packaging, consumer products, food, plastics, or other high-speed environments preferred
