SummaryUnder the direction of the Department Supervisor, oversee hourly employees to ensure the production of high‑quality products at the lowest possible cost while meeting company standards for quality, performance, customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Ever Tec policies and procedures.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Consistently demonstrates leadership qualities and uses leadership skills to direct crews in the efficient operation of the company’s production equipment.
- Reads and understands all information on the job ticket pertaining to a specific job; ensures all necessary components are present and does not proceed with a job that has conflicting information.
- Fully understands print quality, die‑cutting equipment register, and produces a product that consistently matches established quality parameters.
- Achieves acceptable registration within specified M/R standards.
- Has complete understanding and ability to operate all line ancillary equipment.
- Effectively sets up and operates all inline equipment (gluing, labeling, die units, etc.) and properly shims dies and perf plates as required.
- Effectively sets up fan fold units from one size to the next to required specifications with minimal supervision.
- Installs Flexo plates and sets Flexo print cylinders for optimal print and manufacturing life.
- Performs minor mechanical repairs and adjustments.
- Strives to maintain 100% of standard KPI for productivity, waste, and quality standards.
- Accurately enters all codes for quantities, materials, and times onto required paperwork.
- Understands and demonstrates ability to accurately track line counts.
- Performs necessary functions to operate the line with minimal supervision and promotes an environment for learning and process improvement.
- Consistently looks for ways to improve processes and efficiencies to reduce waste and increase production within quality standards set.
- Works within all safety guidelines and procedures and maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensures the maintenance of departmental housekeeping standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and work rules and regulations.
- Interacts well between shifts to gain and pass along all information to facilitate a smooth transition without interruption.
- Ability to take coaching well and communicate respectfully with others.
- Promotes a positive teamwork culture.
- Ability to be present and effectively communicate with team members during shift transition.
- Knowledgeable of safety requirements and guidelines in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, follow standardized work instructions, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement culture.

- Personal Protective Equipment required.
- Frequent standing, stooping, and sitting.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling (up to 50 lbs).
- Occasional typing/keyboarding.
- Full time.
- Shift work (specify hours/shift).
- Overtime expected per business demand.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 5-7 years of progressive responsibility and/or related experience.
The hourly base pay range for this role is estimated to be $26‑$32. Sign‑on bonus available up to $5,000.
