CNC Machinist
Join a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility operating CNC machines. We're looking for an experienced machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality precision parts and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor multiple CNC machines.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers.
- Read blueprints and verify part specifications.
- Identify and report tooling, quality, or machine issues.
- Document inspection results and support continuous production.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
- Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously.
- Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Citizen Swiss experience is a plus.

- Upon hire: 18 days PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
