Production Manager, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations

Responsibilities- Supervise shift operations with a focus on personnel safety, product quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Enforce facility safety policies and maintain the highest operational safety standards.
- Utilize current and future quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed IFCO Systems’ quality standards.
- Document processes: shift summaries, wash sheets, recollection wash processes, quality paperwork, and cleaning paperwork.
- Ensure all PPE is worn per IFCO Standards and AIB standards are upheld.
- Provide personnel training and enforce all operational functions within the facility.
- Meet or exceed production goals set by senior management.
- Follow best practices and SOPs for shift/machine operation to maintain high productivity.
- Support future duties/projects as assigned by management.
- Manage shift employees according to IFCO policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- 3+ years of experience as a line supervisor.
- Previous leadership and supervisory position within a high‑volume production operation.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with 25+ employees strongly preferred.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, with weekend duties during busy periods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with management and subordinates.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to diffuse personnel issues and take appropriate actions while minimizing disruption.
- Effective team‑player with proven success in handling multiple priorities.
- Proven planning and organizational skills in high‑volume operations.
