CNC Machine Operator

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CNC MACHINE OPERATOR IN ELGIN, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, producing high-quality parts, performing quality inspections, and maintaining production and safety standards in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess previous CNC machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent attention to detail.

• Starting at $23.00/hour
• 2nd Shift schedule
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Elgin, IL

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
• Perform routine quality inspections on finished parts
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
• Load and unload materials into CNC equipment
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support additional production duties as assigned

• Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety
