What You’ll Take On Troubleshoot and repair packaging/production equipment to minimize downtime
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing assets
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Respond rapidly to failures and implement corrective actions that stick
Support reliability and efficiency improvements through CI initiatives
Collaborate with production to maintain safe, efficient operations
Must-Haves3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with conveyors, motors, drives, pumps, and automated equipment
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentationPLC troubleshooting experience is a plus Preferred Exposure Packaging, consumer products, food, plastics, or other high-speed manufacturing
Equipment & Tech You’ll TouchPLC-controlled machines and automated production equipment
High-speed packaging machinery and conveyor systems
Servo motors and variable frequency drives (VFDs)120/208/240/480V electrical systems
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
