Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Programmer/Lathe Operator for our direct-hire Machine Shop team in the United States. The role starts at $22/hr with overtime opportunities and a 5:00 a.m.
shift start. You will program CNC lathe/mill operations, read complex drawings, and set up most machines, contributing to a high-performance manufacturing environment. You will develop G-code programs using Master Cam, select proper tooling, and assist with scheduling and project work.
