** What You’ll Do
*** Operate and monitor production equipment used in drying, freezing, wet and dry processing, sifting, grinding, boxing, and packaging while following established safety and quality standards.
* Assemble, disassemble, clean, sanitize, and set up equipment and work areas to support efficient production operations.
* Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, participate in safety training and meetings, and apply Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
* Perform Critical Control Point (CCP) checks, follow GMPs and SOPs, and promptly report product quality or handling concerns.
* Support production goals by preparing for shift transitions, completing scheduled cleaning activities, and working overtime as needed.
* Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively across departments, and assist with training and onboarding new employees.
** What You’ll Bring
*** High school diploma or GED required.
* A minimum of six months of production experience, or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training.
* Basic reading, writing, and computer skills, with the ability to use ERP scanners when required.
* Ability to perform basic math calculations, accurately count items, report weights, and track inventory adjustments.
* Strong attention to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
* Previous forklift experience is a plus.
