Kelly Services is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for a direct hire, permanent role in Elgin, IL. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a fast-paced corrugated packaging environment, helping maximize uptime and safety.
The role requires 1–3 years of industrial maintenance, welding/fabrication, PLC troubleshooting, and the ability to read schematics. Shifts include 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm with Saturday OT; occasional overtime/weekend work may be required.
